Las Eras dive site in Tenerife – location
Las Eras is a small fishing village situated on Tenerife’s southeast coast, approximately 30 minutes by car from Costa Adeje and Los Cristianos and only 20min from our Dive Center. The dive site is easily accessible from the shore, making it one of the island’s most popular shore dives.
The calm conditions throughout much of the year make Las Eras suitable for divers of different experience levels.
What Makes Las Eras Special?
Unlike many tropical reefs, Las Eras showcases Tenerife’s volcanic origin. The underwater landscape features dramatic lava formations, basalt walls, caves, swim-throughs, rocky terraces, and sandy patches that create ideal habitats for countless marine species.
Visibility often exceeds 20–30 metres, allowing divers to fully appreciate the stunning underwater scenery.
Every dive feels like exploring another planet beneath the Atlantic Ocean.

The dive begins with an easy shore entry from a natural stone platform leading directly into the sea.
