Before diving, it is mandatory for each participant to answer a few medical questions about his or her health.
For safety reasons, pregnant women are excluded from diving.

Those who have never dived before will be belayed by a dive instructor at all times, and will receive a brief introduction to the equipment and the basic rules of diving.
One of the most important aspects during a dive is correct pressure equalization.
A similar discomfort is felt during an airplane takeoff.
Equalizing the pressure is very simple and consists of blowing the nose while plugging it with your fingers.
We will practice everything before entering the water, so no worries 🙂

Certified divers are certainly familiar with the principle of partner diving.
